A few weeks ago, Jack Daguerre was a Toronto actor living in behavioral exile for speaking out against the energy lockdowns of the late 2020s. Now he's touched down in Paris™—only to find his Civic Trust Score has preceded him, and a van idling at the curb.

Like Sidney Bechet a century prior, Jack is a brilliant, abrasive loudmouth who exiled himself to the City of Light for a reboot... What he finds instead is a beautiful panopticon where freedom has been repriced—and dissent 'frictioned' out of existence.

FASCISTE! is a one-hour dark satire: The jackboot replaced by the seamless UX of a sociopathic AI.

Over 40, with a sick dog denied care because of his human's politics, a pregnant sister whose health premiums keep spiking simply for wanting a relationship with her brother, and crypto he can't spend without triggering a life-ending audit—Jack faces a choice: Sell out his journalist best friend's work as 'malinformation' for a life-changing Global Trust Ambassador contract, or keep auditioning for lifeless AIs and watch what's left of his life decompose.

What he doesn't know: The only reason he was even offered the contract is because he'd been coerced by an enigmatic French aristocrat into performing black-market integrity for wealthy clients. Covert work that will lead Jack—and the very elites he's railed against—to the heart of a resistance group known as the Analogs. A group he'll infiltrate, love, and unknowingly lead to annihilation.
