About Karynne

Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, Karynne Summars is a former international banking professional turned author, screenwriter, magazine editor, and producer.

She is the Founder & Editor-in-Chief of The ImageMakers & Influencers Magazine, an inspirational lifestyle publication operating out of New York. Her features and articles include entertainment and culture, travel, personal development, and philanthropy.

Her screenplays to date include the romantic thriller Desperate Pursuit in Venice, the espionage thriller Berlin Conspiracy, as well as an episodic TV series with a working title Private Wealth Management. Together with a co-writer, she has written the biopic screenplay, Ella and Marilyn.

Karynne lives mainly in New York with additional residences in Berlin and Marbella, Spain.
