About Lynda

Lynda Arnold is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist (voice, flute, piano), electronic musician/sound artist and composer who has been producing, performing, and developing her own sound for over 15 years as ‘Divasonic;’ an ethereal, song driven electronic music project. She has multiple album and single releases on labels EMI, Clubstar (Germany), Geomagnetic (San Francisco), RTFM/Sugo (San Francisco), Epiphyte (San Francisco), Temple Music Group (San Francisco) and her own imprint, Digital Bliss.

As a multi-instrumentalist, recording engineer and music producer, she has spent years collaborating with other artists and bands and touring in support of her releases. She founded Digital Bliss Productions (2004 – 2014) to promote the music of up-and-coming, as well as established female-fronted electronic bands and music producers around the globe. Past projects include sponsored events and fundraisers featuring DBP artists, two compilation releases; “Digital Bliss Vol. 1 & 2,” in conjunction with Boutique Electronique Records and playing piano and flute on video game soundtracks including Halo and Crimson Dragon for Microsoft Studios. Recent recording projects include an electro-acoustic piano duo called, ‘Hammer Inventions’ and a meditation/yoga album called ‘Tibetan Bowl Meditations.’

Lynda is a seasoned music and audio production educator and writer. She has taught at Pyramind Training Music & Audio Production School in San Francisco and Ex’pression College for the Digital Arts in Emeryville. Lynda was a contributing writer for a Pyramind School textbook published by Alfred called ‘Music Theory, Songwriting and the Piano’ in 2013. She currently writes tutorials and product reviews for popular online site (). Lynda is passionate about developing the talents of others.

Her training includes B.M. Music/Business from DePauw University, B.S. Recording Arts from Ex’pression College for the Digital Arts, Stanford Jazz Workshop, and a Sound, Voice and Music Healing Certificate from California Institute of Integral Studies. In addition, Lynda is a certified Music Together teacher, the premier early childhood music program.
