Being a half Asian girl who practiced piano and lived music as your character, I must say very good!!!! Your story does make a social comment on the differences between Asian and White children's sense of discipline. Not sure if it was intentional- but the composer Choplin- is this supposed to be Chopin? or Joplin? or a clever mix of the two? Thank you for the read!
Thank you! I might have got my composers mixed up, might need to change that. Not looking for social commentary but it's definitely true, though.
