About Karla
It's all about the story.
While I've done some fiction writing most of my life, I began writing screenplays in 2013. Several short scripts I've written or co-written have been produced and others are in post-production and pre-production. I recently wrote 4 short screenplays that have been selected as Official Selections/Quarter Finalists/Semi-Finalists in 27 international film festivals and have been named a Winner in 4 of them, Finalist in 11.
I write in a variety of genres and am currently working on two feature scripts. I work effectively in collaborations as well as independently.
