Armando Peralta

Armando Peralta's background and family come from humble immigrants with deep European roots both Eastern European as well as Italian and spanish via Argentina .
Armando's parents and family worked hard supported each other to live and thrive on the the “American dream”.
Gregory Armando Peralta born in Wilmington Delaware and was raised in his early life both in wood Pennsylvania and San Juan Puerto Rico. In Pennsylvania where his mother was born and comes from a family of humble means. His Grandfather working his way in the coal mine as well as his uncles thru the depression paid for the education of his mother and sisters who all became nurses. Later his uncles would all serve our country in WW2.
A branch of the mykut family thru marriage Armando's aunt is close family to the country music Hall of Fame legends Roy and Vaughn Horton.
The Legendary brothers made their mark Country western beginning in the 1930's songwriter Vaughn Horton, Roy had become the Chairman of the CMA and Vaughn wrote “Mocking Bird Hill” Les Paul’s international hit. Both Roy and Vaughn also worked the Broad Top Coal mines with Armando’s Uncles during the great depression of the 1930’s.
Armando's father side of the family is of Argentine heritage also raised from humble means son of an Argentine “Gaucho” who descends from a legendary family of horsemen the “Peralta” family originally branches of the family are from Andalusia as well as Barcelona Spain are still renowned for their Arabian horses. Various members of the Peralta family immigrated to Argentina many years before as well as during the Spanish civil war. In the Late 1950’s Armando’s father came to the USA seeking the “American Dream”. Victor Peralta became a prestigious business man of international acclaim and is considered a legend in his field.
As a child music was his passion and thru high school sung as well as attended music school at the age of 17 in Hollywood California. In 1995 Armando became good friends with the sizzling drummer Omar Hakim a driving force for the uniquely crafted rhythms on the album. Giovanni Hidalgo, the number one conga player in the world, joined in as friend and performer. Steve Porcaro from the rock group Toto who also wrote Human Nature for Michael Jackson joined this white-hot and stellar assembly of musicians out of the pop, Latin and Jazz worlds to record and produce "Este Fuego" . Quincy Jones Recording engineer and renowned producer Bruce Swedien called Armando's song "Maria" a masterpiece. Bruce is a 5 time Grammy Award winning producer with Quincy Jones and most recently Jennifer Lopez as well as numerous classic recordings including much of Michael Jackson's Legacy. Swedien impressed with Armando's efforts and talent the two became friends in 1999.
Armando carries a remarkable heritage that blends his father's Argentine (grandfather was from Spain) blood and his mother's Ruthenium known as the Carpathian Rusyn or Rusyny blood and or known as the (The Little Russians) from the Carpathian mountain region of what now is Slovakia, Ukraine southwestern Poland of which and was also part of Austria Hungary identified themselves as their own ethnic group and ethnically affiliated to the old White Russian aristocratic lines as well as the Ruthenium Cossack boyars .
Outside of music, Armando's most philosophic interest is his philanthropic projects in development including the Our Family Cares Foundation created support Women and Children and anyone in need of loving support of a family and a special emphasis on those who have been victims of modern day Slavery. Armand' prefers the term "survivors of Human Trafficking" to inspire the positive and healing aspects thoughts and words have power Armando says ,Armando's goal with the foundation is to help establish local grass roots movements globally of people who will provide both friendship kindness and Love support as a global family .Additionally the foundation serve as an axis for other resources nonprofits who will also support other needs for the healing of these lives and support so that someday they may also do it and pay it forward for others.
