SYNOPSIS:
From an old cedar tree imbued with the spirits of his Native American and French great grandparents, Bernard, a young, deaf-mute woodcarver creates two mystical guitars that traverse the globe and time as a backdrop to the intertwined stories of four generations of lovers in his multicultural family. Torn apart by race, war and religion, they are only reunited by a music only they can hear. This time-travelling, globe-trotting tale of enduring love, loss, tragedy and personal redemption, features a host of damaged and complex but ultimately compassionate characters.
