About Adrian

Media passion started when I was in gymnasium. First as radio DJ during high school, worked as TV presenter. For the past 6 years I'm working as Creative Manager for Discovery Networks Intl, covering South East Europe. (Romania, Bulgaria and the Balkan countries).

I produce On Air and some Online marketing elements for a poortfolio of channels which include Discovery Channel, TLC and Animal Planet

- Oversee and protect creative quality, brand guidelinesand top-line production workflow.
- I've led numerous channel rebrands and new channel launch projects (Discovery, TLC).
- I write creative briefs and advise internal teams on creative content; my role is to be the brand guardian.
- I think of new innovative ways to enhance and visualize strategy, push brands, programming and thecreativity of the team.
- I focus on increasing ratings by optimizing the on-air strategy when necessary, and I hold a yearly budget
- I always focus on targets/goals and optimized strategies when necessary. Some brands I have worked with: OMV, Sharp, Grolsch/Ursus, Stihl, Samsung and more
