About Kit
I've landed.
Tasmania is the jewel of the World and where I have just completed my second studio space - The Powerhouse @ Eagles Rise.
This is a creative space, not only for myself, but for those wanting to 'get away' and create in a peaceful and natural rural setting - far from the Maddening Crowd :)
A sound pod is currently under construction and will be soon available for narration, audio book creation, voice over work, vocals and music recording.
For those with longer project requirements, there is accommodation on site.
Me? I write, speak, produce and direct - when working with subjects in front of my stills camera, or on commercials.
In my photographic shoots, I do the make-up & hair styling, directing, shooting and photographic editing.
Unique traits: Having been the subject on the other side of the camera, many years ago, I understand the need to work with the mind of my subjects, finding the connection, their perception of what they are requiring for their imagery and direct them towards that goal, achieving a 'realness' to the final product. After around 30 years in the film, television, fashion and stills industry, in both the UK, US and Australia, as a make-up & hair stylist, I know what needs to be in place in order to have my client looking the best for the image required.
