Film (short) by Richard Colman Script Supervisor Synopsis: Casey, a twenty-five year old woman, works a dead end job in a restaurant kitchen. Using drugs to distract her, she goes through her everyday routine: practicing her broken saxophone, working her dead-end job, and then doing it all again the next day. After a series of restaurant guests have been returning their food, her manager throws tantrum that pushes her over the edge. She slips up, burns her hand, knocks over her knife bag (including cocaine hidden within) and dishware. When she goes to salvage the mess, she slices open a nasty wound on her hand. She walks into her manager's office, and quits. At the end of the two weeks, she saves enough money to fix her saxophone. She quits her job and waits on the train platform to move to New Orleans to follow her dreams.
