SYNOPSIS:

David Thompson has rarely been in the spotlight. Solid, dependable, married to his childhood sweetheart, he’s beginning to wonder what might have been as he staggers towards his thirtieth birthday. When David is introduced to internet chat rooms and social networking sites he discovers a place where any fantasy is catered for. It is an exciting new world where he can finally be a star. He quickly becomes addicted and soon physical relationships are usurped by cyber ones. He forms a connection with Desire, a gorgeous free spirit, but David has created an online persona that is as fantastical as the virtual world he now inhabits. Addiction turns to obsession as David seeks Desire out in the real world.
