Jorge Díaz Fernández

Born in Mexico City on January 1987, Jorge Díaz studied film in CENTRO college in Mexico City and started directing at age 23 experimental pieces and shortfilms, focusing mainly in surreal, fashion and horror genres.
In 2013 he released his first independent horror-drama feature "Vera".
He has directed fashion videos and commercials for major fashion magazines and brands such as Vogue Mexico, GQ Mexico, Architectural Digest Mexico, Sears and Chicago based high end couture brand Azeeza.
He owns a film studio called Dos Tardes, focused mainly in independent filmmaking and art house pieces, and he is co owner of the agency Aimacom in which he collaborates with fashion designer and photographer Daniel Zanco and producer Mariano Bravo in editorial, fashion and commercial productions.
