Janet Bar Rembaum

Born in Syracuse, New York, USA, to parents of Jewish Polish and English backgrounds. Not long afterwards, they moved to Aberdeen, Scotland, where Janet grew up. As a child, she was involved continually in theatre and music,then was classically trained as a violinist first, then as an actress at the prestigious Nissan Nativ acting school in Tel- Aviv Israel, where she had immigrated to, and later as a singer and dancer..Janet worked in theatre in London and then lived in Buenos Aires Argentina for a few years where she studied to sing and dance tango. There she became involved in the independent theatre and film world where she had some very interesting experiences and training which led her to create a show she wrote, performed and produced in the UK recently called Tango for Regina.
Janet also trains a lot in classical ballet.
She has worked internationally in theatre, film and TV and Is currently living in London, UK.
