SYNOPSIS:

SAM HOLLERS (40s) has created a company called the Telepathic Advancements Center, where he carries out experiments on participants to prove the power of telepathy. The government knows about his secret company and make a deal with two prison convicts to see if they can train and complete telepathy tests. The government is ready to partake in this risky venture to ensure the success of the United States.
