About Kevin

I have always has an overactive Imagination and have loved making up stories from an early age.

After many years of wondering if I could write a Novel, I took the plunge and was delighted to be nominated as one of ten finalist for the Luke Bitmead Writers Bursary. I attended the awards ceremony in London and the Judges said the following about my Novel:

'The Judges thought the plot was very imaginative and the writing style flowed well. We were impressed by Kevin's dedication to writing and thought the book would appeal to a wide audience.'

But ultimately I made the leap to screenwriting and haven't looked back. I have been working hard on the craft. Reading lots of screenplays. And writing whenever I can. I believe that all of that hard work is finally paying off. I am excited about my latest screenplay, ‘Pure Imagination’, and I am currently working on a comedy script entitled, ‘The Chosen One’.

I have made a few short films with some of my friends for fun. Imagination is by far my biggest asset, and I am never short of ideas, whether they be for short films or features.

I look forward to working in the Industry and collaborating with fellow writers, Directors, and Actors.

I am a business graduate of Trinity College Dublin. And a published poet. But what I love the most is writing screenplays..

Thanks for taking the time to read my Bio. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you in the future.

Regards,
Kevin
