SYNOPSIS:
Adrienne Pepper is a waitress in Philadelphia but wants to be a really successful screenwriter in Hollywood. And finally, one day, she is! She has a cute little mansion and a personal chef and a maid and a driver and an assistant; all the trappings of success, but she just can’t seem to figure where they came from. She has a fiancée, too, and though he’s as handsome as all get out, a veritable Prince Charming to her Cinderella, her Snow White, her Sleeping Beauty, he’s just not the fiancee she’s supposed to have. So she decides that while her dreams have come true, they’re just that, dreams. When Adrienne awakens in the same dream the next morning, only to have her best friend since childhood burst in acting like everything’s exactly the way it’s supposed to be, the uneasy feeling that this isn’t a dream sinks in. Something’s gone wrong, terribly wrong, with her memory, and so the quest begins to find out the whens, hows, and who the hell are you?s of her overnight success. Not to mention the life shattering secret her best friend and “fiancée” are trying their darndest to hide from her; until the time is right. And why do they keep sneaking off to be alone together behind her back?
