SYNOPSIS:

It's LAPD Sergeant Mark List's job to watch men like Gerry Montgomery -- nightclub owner, dad, doll collector, and militia member involved in terrorist attacks on foreigners and mixed race couples. Montgomery's 25-year-old daughter Katie, a porcelain, blue-eyed blonde like the dolls her dad collects, enrages him by dating Richard Viret, a professor visiting from France. When Katie won't listen, Montgomery sends the sadistic leader of his local cell to scare some sense into her and her foreign boyfriend. Choosing a night when Katie's home is unoccupied, Stan Sinclair and his group break in to do a "play attack." But when Katie and Richard arrive in the middle of the destructive game, the "play" becomes dead earnest. Unarmed and outnumbered, Katie and Richard struggle to defend themselves and call for help. As Katie and Richard lie wounded, unsure whether the police will arrive in time to save their lives, a passing train makes the house shudder. This gives their tormentors a deadly idea: Why not chain Richard to the railroad tracks and watch his blood spray like a geyser when the next train cuts through him in the dark? But, in a supreme, last-gasp effort, Richard manages to chain Stan Sinclair onto the track with his own handcuffs. If Richard must meet a ghastly end, his tormenter will now be destined to the same fate. Or, can one of them possibly survive? And, if so, which one will it be, and how?
