Bryan Glick is an independent film distribution consultant and distributor at Alameda Entertainment. Their current line up includes films from Rotterdam, SXSW, Tribeca, and TIFF. Previously they served as The Director of Acquisitions and Theatrical Releasing for The Film Collaborative. In their 5 year tenure at TFC they grew their theatrical operation from two films a year to 15. They has managed the theatrical releases of 9 Independent Spirit Award nominated films, 4 International Documentary Association Award Winners, and helped filmmakers raise over $500,000 on Kickstarter for Hybrid-DIY theatrical distribution. Under their guidance 54% of TFC films have been directed by women and 1/3 by people of color. Their recent theatrical releases include the Oscar shortlisted documentary Hooligan Sparrow, All We Had, For the Love of Spock, and "Score: A Film Music Documentary". Bryan has spoken about creative approaches to distribution at several festivals and conferences around the world such as Sundance, SXSW, Outfest, Hot Docs, Bogota Audiovisual Market, and Doc Edge New Zealand. They has provided marketing/support services for Outfest, Los Angeles Film Festival, AFI Fest, and Sundance.
