Barb Frederick

Barb Frederick began her career in entertainment on the critically acclaimed Discovery series "Eco- Challenge" (a Mark Burnett Production). Next, she moved on to "Survivor" (for 8 seasons) and gained a lifetimes worth of experience dealing with production on an international level. During her run on Survivor Barb took an interest in talent and started working in casting. From there she progressed to casting coordinator/producer for many Emmy nominated shows for nearly every Network.
In 2006, she began working in Talent Management and in 2008 started working as an Talent Agent at Innovative Artists where she ran the Company's non-scripted dept and working closely with some of the largest production companies in the world . She specialized in creating, developing, packaging, and selling non-scripted TV shows (all with multiple seasons and counting). Barb’s resume also includes working on 9 Emmy nominated shows that she is very proud of.
After her hand in being an Agent she was heavily recruited to come back to her home state of Florida to work for Naples’ elite rising Production Company called Pure Image Productions.
There she will working with a Veteran film and TV crew as the VP of Development.
