Adebayo Bamidele

I have a first degree B Sc. Hons in Mass Communications (1982) from The University of Lagos, a second degree in Communication Studies (2002) from Lagos State University LASU. Both institutions are located in Lagos, Nigeria. I have put in about 32 years in the service of the Nigerian Television Authourity, the Largest TV Network in Africa. All through the period I have been in the service of the NTA, I have been involved in drama and documentary Productions. I have been involved indeed in almost all known genre of TV production except hard news. I have produced enlightenment, historical/cultural, social engineering, educational and general educational documentary series including a most successful Agricultural documentary series, for which my entry into the Diamond Award for Media Excellence Competition won the best documentary production in 2004. Today, I supretend over the NTA EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION CENTRE NTAs specialised arm dedicated to producing all maner and genre of educational programmes to cater for all strata of education, from pre school aged to the tertiary level of education in line with our main mandate of PROMOTING LEARNING in all its ramifications. My speciality however remains Documentary Production.
