She has a plan to meet Tarantino and she thinks he will fall in love with her once he understands how similar they are. Bill goes along with that crazy plan, but it is revealed, little by little, that it is only because he wants to be with Alabama. Ultimately, Alabama realizes that sometimes true love is right under your nose, and not something that you have to search for. In the end, she gives up on her misguided fantasy of being with Tarantino to be with her friend and real soul mate, Bill.

She takes the Underground Metro home and meets an odd stranger that only refers to himself as 'The Magician'. He gives her a rose and asks her to pick a playing card from a mysterious deck. In a series of surreal moments the man, SATAN, merges into her and steals her soul in payment for her misdeed. Confused, she returns home to find her husband missing and only a bathtub filled with blood and a rose.
