Raul Sanchez De Varona

Raul Sanchez De Varona is a partner, Managing Director, COO & CFO of Miami based The Solution Group. RJ is a native of Chicago, Illinois, raised in Miami, Florida, a seasoned international transaction business executive with vast experience in senior management and corporate finance and operations particularly within the real estate area.

RJ is a proud graduate of Columbus High School and a fierce Hurricanes fan. He has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a Major in International Finance and Marketing and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami. He also pursued a Master’s of Science Degree in Financial Management from Florida International University. Prior to TSG, Raul Sanchez De Varona was a principal in a real estate title insurance company and represented clients in all aspects of international business transactions with particular emphasis on real estate.

From 1999 to 2003 he was Member of the Board of Directors for Fortune International Group Corp (including Fortune Development Sales), a South Florida based real estate Development Company with an excess of $2 Billion in residential development projects. As a Director with Fortune, RJ had substantial experience in dealing with outside professionals in designing tax efficient investment structures for foreign capital partners, matters regarding land acquisition, land use and condominium law, real estate financing, and general corporate issues.

In addition to his native Spanish and English, he is also fluent in French and Portuguese and conversant in Italian. Raul Sanchez De Varona is very involved with his local church, the Church of the Little Flower, active in several of its ministries, and a member of its Parrish Council. Additionally, he is very involved with the MAST Academy PTSA where his daughters go to high school. RJ lives with his wife, Maria, and his daughters, Carolina and Elena in the Ponce Davis area of Miami.
