Sasha Roopen

Having dabbled in a variety of aspects in entertainment, I consider myself a jack of all trades within the industry . Specializing in acting, directing and technical assistance in both theatre and film. I am originally from South Africa, and currently working abroad in South Korea as an ESL teacher. Despite holding a formal position in education, I am still intrinsically involved within the performing arts scene. My previous experiences including (but are not limited to) acting in "A Thousand Cranes" (2013) and directing and original piece for the 2013 Grahamstown National Arts Festival. My apt for technical work has also allowed me the opportunity to work behind the scenes for multiple productions, including that of "Boesman and Lena" and well as "Crush Hopper."
