SYNOPSIS:

WILL RYE, a hardworking investor recently got promoted at the job he doesn’t want to be at. He’s at fork in the road between his ex-girlfriend, his cocky best friend, his dying father, his brother’s wedding and matchmaking mother. Until he meets EVELYN RAYE, a free-spirited woman who is tired of everything she loves dying. She vows to CUPID to never love again for a small price. Cupid takes an unorthodox approach and demands a sucker’s life, or the next guy who falls in love with her. Unfortunately, that honor goes to Will.

After meeting her and almost being choked to death. Will flees the country trying to avoid his fate. Then tries to navigate his boss, slutty supervisor, dying father, and complex life while not getting beat to death, shot at, ran over, poisoned, fired, stabbed, mugged then stabbed and so on. And at every turn hopes to stay alive for one more second. As, their loves ones find humor in the situation. The two help each other discover what they really want out life as much as what they don’t.
