David M Florin

Originally from New York City, I grew up the son of a broadway producer. My interest in cutting edge technology, computer animation and video games as well as film and television grew into the desire to explore new ways of combining mediums. This led to my immersion in Transmedia and New Media formats. When I was 16 I started spending my summers teaching classes on the modification of video games, intuitive design and online video production. Eventually I found my way into a position as a co-producer on several shorts, feature films and online series.

I specialize in Entertainment Media Technology, specifically how it applies to Transmedia Production, Cross Platform Storytelling, World Building and Franchise Development. Most of my time is spent as a Transmedia Producer on scripts/stories in early development and helping the production refine the story all the way through post production and distribution. I also work on independent film productions and TV Series.

Currently, I'm producing multiple film and TV projects while branching out into starting my own production company. I've also started doing voice over work.
