About Mark

Mark has worked as an actor on both stage and screen including guest roles on the T.V. show Medivac and a role in the film Sabrina Down Under. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and English and then spent 2 Years developing and performing Theatre in Education work throughout the UK. Upon his return to Australia, Mark continued his Theatre in education work for 2 new further productions.

Between 2006 and 2015 Mark was employed as the Entertainment Supervisor for Seaworld on the Gold Coast. This current position involves heading up the day to day running of all shows across the park including the Dolphin, Seal, Jet-ski and Nickelodeon Character shows. During this period he also completed a Diploma in Management. Mark now facilitates financial literacy programs for Primary School aged students through the Commonwealth Bank Start Smart Program.

Throughout this time Mark has appeared in a range of live theatre productions at the Arts Centre Gold Coast. Currently he is producing a work for the Arts Centre to be staged later in 2016 as the director of STUDIO b Productions.

Unique traits: In 2004 Mark won the Australian Stella Artois Draughtmasters in Brisbane. This lead to a place in the World Draughtmasters in Brussels, Belgium. Since 2005 Mark has been invited by Fosters Australia to be a Technical Judge of the Australian Draughtmasters Awards.
