About Walt

I am the publisher of Edible New Mexico magazine. We reconnect people to their local food shed by introducing our readers to local farmers, vintners, brewers, restauranteurs, ranchers, and food artisans throughout our region. We want to inspire people to shop local, eat local, and buy local. Along with my print magazine I am also producing YouTube videos to highlight those same people under my production company Bite Size Media LLC.
