“Eat civilized, miles from civilization,” on culinary adventures where our hostess prepares healthy gourmet outdoor cuisine and exciting beverages in scenic outdoor locations.

SYNOPSIS:

A travelogue adventure show meets alternative gourmet cooking show. Venture into the great outdoors with the always enticing chef and bartender, Michelle ‘Danger’ Shea, as she and guests prepare wilderness inspired backcountry meals and libations.

Adventure Dining Guide discusses outside cooking culture and elevates the viewer’s outdoor dining knowledge. Dramatic cinematography enriches the wilderness cooking experience and challenges viewers to embark on their own culinary-driven adventures. Semi-scripted episodes feature original recipes, experienced guests, outdoor cooking skills, safe foraging tips, beverage pairings, and meals made to compliment each journey.

Proposed Synopsis for Pilot Episode

Title: Backpacking Booze Cruise.

Logline: How to make artisanal cocktails in the wilderness; featuring backpacking ingredients and foraged native plants.

Synopsis: Michelle and 3 friends hike to a high alpine camping destination; as they hike they stop for trailside libations prepared using foraged plants and packed ingredients. They add sophistication to the journey with a backcountry charcuterie plate.

Michelle makes 2 hot beverages with a backcountry stove: “Pine Hot Toddy” and “Summit Snugglers”, and two cold drinks: “Backcountry Sangria” and “Sour Patch Sours”. Michelle and guests present an informed commentary as they enjoy their shared experience in the outdoors.
