Celebrity publicist Tia Culver is the founder of ATL EVENTS and Tia Culver PR LLC, a full-service public relations and strategic marketing company based in Atlanta, GA. Founded in 2007, the company specializes in event planning, small business branding, public relations, internet marketing and social media marketing. Tia Culver is a public relations professional who has created comprehensive multi media campaigns for several high-profile clients.
