About Jennifer

Jennifer “J.V.” Goecke  is a nationally-recognized master teacher who travels the globe with studio instruction and award-winning choreography as her focus. J.V. tours the country as the creator and director of “The Jump Start Boot Camp”, a technical dance workshop to motivate, advance, and build better dancers. J.V. has been on staff with Dance Teacher Web since 2009, and is also guest speaker and educator for Team Motivate in Edmonton, Canada for the Alberta Dance Educators Association. 
 
      J.V.'s choreography can be seen from coast-to-coast. She most recently choreographed for the Linq Casino Tree Lighting Ceremony with Britney Spears in Las Vegas, and also appeared on Univision’s “Lanzate” with Britney Spears’s backup dancer, Willie Gomez.  She is the Choreographer and Artistic Director for the theatrical concert, “Coming to America”, featuring the music of Neil Diamond, which is currently on National Tour. In addition to industrials for KIA Automotive and Mercedes-Benz, her work has been featured on ESPN and CMT as well as in multiple Las Vegas performance sites. 
 

She has served on the Board of Directors for Dance Masters Chapter #33 for over ten years and also serves as the competition emcee. J.V. consistently works with the MGM Casino and Taniwha Productions for the High Rollers New Years Eve Ball working with the likes of Sarah Brightman, Earth, Wind, Fire. The MVP’s, The Four Tops, The Temptations, and The Pointer Sisters. Her studio has been the training home to “Dancing With the Stars” contestants, Toni Braxton, Wayne Newton, and DWTS’s winner, Donny Osmond. J.V. just produced her newest original production, “Into the East”, based on the music of Annie Lennox debuting in Las Vegas. 

 
     Most recently, J.V. was awarded a prestigious national Industry Dance Award for her piece, “Cyber Bully” in Los Angeles and was also awarded “Video of the Year” by Dance Teacher Magazine.  J.V., currently based in Las Vegas, has over 23 years of teaching experience and works as an artistic consultant traveling the country teaching and choreographing for students and professionals of all ages.
