About Caroline

At the age of 12 years, living at the time on small island in England called Hayling Island, I hit the stage in a pantomime (musical comedy) called Jack and the Beanstalk, I played the role of a French Bean of course putting on a great French accent for my one line "I'm zee French Bean". From that moment on I wanted to be on the stage, I took part in as many musicals as I could from Annie Get Your Gun to Pirates of Penzance. Being chosen by Betty Lavington of the Lupino acting dynasty to take part in her production of Trelawney Of The Wells was the highlight of my theatrical experience. My acting didn't transpire into a career so I decided to move into the radio industry initially heading up the financial and trafficking departments at Ocean FM in Portmouth England. I then went on to play an integral part in the securing of the radio license and launch of Lincs FM in Lincolshire, from there I was headhunted by London's Capital Radio, England's number 1 commercial radio station. Once my children came along I decided to work for myself and set up a portrait photography business. After a HUGE change in personal circumstances (very long story) I met an incredible women, Laurie Hart, from Massachusetts and moved my life from West Sussex to be with her in the USA. Together we had to fight for marriage equality to be able to stay together and that led us to write a short film based upon our true story "status unknown" which is currently in post production, we hope it will change hearts and minds towards greater LGBT acceptance. Following the release of the teaser we received many great reviews from Jason Alexander, Andie MacDowell, Carnie Wilson and many more which has now led us to developing a feature length version of "status unknown".
