I am a down-to-earth communicator with an excellent sense of professionalism.
I came to film work through the dance world--after taking a class my Junior Year at Northwestern called Screendance, I became passionate about learning about how the two mediums of Dance and Film could come together as more than the sum of their parts.
Since that class, I've invested my time training and working as a freelancer in Chicago. On the arts side, I've created promotional video content for Striding Lion Performance Group, Actor's Gymnasium, and more. I've recorded live performances at Links Hall and with various dance studios including Extensions, and I've created my own short dance films. In each of these projects, I've gained experience working as a creative director, shooter, and editor. On the corporate side, I've been working as a freelancer at Google Chicago as a switch op and camera op (5-cam PTZ setup). I've also been interning with HMS Media to learn more about large-scale live performance and promotional shoots, and producing.
