Ginny Evans has been performing comedy since she climbed out of her mother’s womb, but now she is transferring the eclectic humour to the stage. Inhabiting an ‘off the wall’, animated and confessional imaginative style, she makes you loosen up and settle back straight away. Ginny Evans Pollard is an interdisciplinary artist and maker with an interest in identity and the power of narrative to affect personal change. She has studied performance and created theatre and film in the UK and internationally and brings multi perspectivism to her practice. She works with a process of comprehensive documentation culminating in accessible, grass-roots performance work. 65 days of Tracy the Marquis Mannequin is her first solo performance work.
Currently working on building a body of video poetry. I have 12 years experience of photography and 4 years of film experience. Looking for opportunities to develop my photography and video portfolio. I know my way round the various genres, and my DSLR. I have a passion for people, plus a knack for beautifully capturing them. I have awesome communication skills and ability to communicate visual ideas to the team and effectively with creative flair. I see the work of a photographer and videographer a person who works hard to bring the blank canvas alive, and I relish working out what works. I have a strong work ethic and won’t mind a range of briefs, and helping out where needed. I am a foodie. I love the arts and travel; good food and cooking it. I love I want to change the perspective of people through my photography and video work, as I am eager to dedicate my skills to creating positive social change. I am Start-up friendly. I have experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments with changing priorities and ambitious deadlines.
