I'm what they call a facilitating kind of guy who focuses mainly on strengths instead of weaknesses, possibilities instead of impossibilities, and opportunities instead of...you get the point. I like to focus on someone's passion and ambition to create opportunities and make things happen. That's my goal in almost everything I do.

I like to think of myself as an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur who likes to do things his own way instead of blindly follow the known paths which sometimes comes down to trial and error and the necessary bruises...but hey, that's how we learn which is a continuous goal.
