About Joe
Born in Brooklyn, NY. Grew up in Miami, Florida. In 2019, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia to be part of the enormous amount of production happening there. Most of my experience is in video production. I've shot and edited music videos and weddings and served as camera operator for an independent feature, "USS Seaviper", currently on Amazon video. My dream has always been to tell lengthy narrative stories through visuals, so making movies is my dream. I've been trying for many years to meet the right people to be able to do that.
I am currently employed at Encompass Digital Media since 2019, having ended a 16 year stint with Discovery Channel Latin America Division in Miami performing quality control with a brief stopover in between working at Comcast.
I started a website in February 2016 - . It shows a good amount of my work done before and during my time at Discovery. My dream is to direct a features and show people that truly like good, engaging stories, and entertain them. My dream after that would be to direct more films. I wrote a sci-fi screenplay years ago that is now in a box collecting dust. I currently have a screenplay, a low budget crime drama, that is about half written. Once I finish it, I would like to make it myself. I am actually tossing back and forth between completing it as a script or writing it as a novel.
A few years ago, the government in Florida essentially told the film/television industry, "we don't want your business". Hopefully that will change with the next governor. Georgia is just the opposite.
My wife, Dorene, and I have left Miami and we now reside in Stone Mountain, just outside Atlanta. I hope to find a way to get into production and assist in telling those visual narrative stories.

Drama by Mighty Moments / Ralph Villani Camera Operator The German U-Boat, U-234, from the Port of Kiel is trading cargo with the Japanese. USS Seaviper must locate and stop this dangerous exchange. The Captain of USS Seaviper must go ashore to conduct reconnaissance on an island near Sumatra, but the ship is left in the hands of Mister Cutter, after the Executive Officer is injured in battle. A conflict between Cutter and the Chief of the Boat puts the submarine in jeopardy. Seaviper is trapped below the surface, with decreasing oxygen, and a Japanese destroyer hunting them from above. Damage to the boat also leave her survival in question. They must fight the Japanese destroyer and get the information about U-235 back to Pearl Harbor.
