Abhishek stepped on Mumbai soil about a decade ago.
He is affiliated to the industry since many years, and shaped himself as an effective writer and a matured filmmaker.
He is associated with some of the top-notch moviemakers and supreme production houses of the Indian film industry.
He has a varied experience and his works include his contribution with the likes of Vishal Bharadwaj in Omkara, Anurag Kashyap in No Smoking, Revathi in Mumbai Cutting and Satish Kaushik in Gang of Ghosts.
Since the past 8 years, he has an abiding rapport with some of the most visionary filmmakers of modern times.
A versatile director himself, he does share a good bond and a long-standing relation with some reputed filmmakers like Shaad Ali and Pradeep Sarkar. In the recent past, he is actively and creatively involved with veteran actor and filmmaker Mr. Satish Kaushik as an Associate Director. He has also been the Marketing Head for the film,’Tere Sang’, an association with Sony Pictures and Columbia Pictures.
His assorted works include many short films. He not only had his focus on films, but also showed interest and was successful in making Ad Films & Music Videos.
Enhancing his profile, he broadened his scope of direction by making commercials since 2015, having directed for some renowned brands, mentioned below. One of his initial commercials was also nominated in the top 3 ads of the week in 2015.

Screenplay writing has been his forte since the very beginning of his cinematic journey.

Lately, he has stepped up with another remarkable achievement, after, a short film ‘Little Girls Sara’, written and produced by him, which went viral on the 2nd of August, 2016,thus creating a lot of buzz around the world. The film was recognized with 17 Million views in just a week and has crossed over 30 million views till date. “World Book of Records” took note of his short film as the first Indian short film ever to be viewed by an audience of over 30 million people on any social media site.
