I was originally a research chemist and then an internal change consultant with a big chemical company. I have been self-employed as a facilitator of change and development for organisations and individuals since 1982. I'm interested in helping us focus on what works and use that to make things better, rather than dwelling on what doesn't work and trying to fix it. I see film, TV and the theatre as potentially powerful agents of change as they can help all of us develop our empathy and compassion. At their best, they can challenge and inspire us to be better than we think we can. I have published everything I know about developing people and organisations on the web. It's all free for anyone to access and use.
