Andric Igor

My name is Igor Andrić. I am from Kragujevac, city from Serbia. I am 20 years old (borned 1996. year), and now, I am living in Belgrade, capital city of Serbia, and studing composition on Faculty of musical art. Before my studing, I finished high music school "dr Miloje Milojević" 2014. year in my born city. I entered faculty in the class of professor Isidora Žebeljan in 2014. year. Now, I am third year of my studing, and I am preparing for the next challenges. My pieces like Piano Suite (Myster), Song „Words“ for baritone and piano are performed at festivals: KoMA, Lasciar vibrare, then in galery of Serbian academy of science and art, Hall of Belgrade Philharmonie, KompArt in Novi Sad, etc.

Igor Andric was born on May 27th 1996th in Kragujevac. He has been involved in music since his early childhood. He has graduated from Elementary and High Music school in Kragujevac ,majoring in music theory. His solo singing career ,as a baritone , has started 2012th in his hometown where he was student of professors Marijana Veselinovic and Tatjana Milovan. During that period ( his Elementary education of solo singing ) he won many international and local prizes on the competitions such as: “Nikola Cvejic” , Ruma( 1st prize and the special prize for the most perspective baritone) ,“Petar Konjovic” (1st prize) , Festival of Music schools of Serbia ( 1st prize) . Year of 2014 was significant year in Igor’s further development as musician and singer, that year he enrolled the High School of Music in Belgrade “Kosta Manojlovic “ majoring solo singing ( class of professor Nenad Nenic) . The same year he entered the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade, majoring in composition and orchestration ( class of professor Isidora Zebeljan). That year, cooperating with professor Nenad Nenic, Igor has won number of prizes at solo singing competitions such as : “International competition Vera Vitkai Kovač” ( 1st prize) , “Bruna Spiler” (1st prize), “Srpska solo pesma , Mladenovac ( 1st prize) ,”Lazar Jovanovic” (1st prize). He was also a winner on the State contest of Serbia in solo singing. His two most memorable performances were with “Singing society of Kragujevac” , performing Handel’s oratory “Dixit Dominus” as solo baritone and performance in opera “Madlenianum” with choir group, performing Strauss’s operetta “Wiener blut”.
