About Josh

Originally from the suburbs of New York City, Josh began performing in community and local theatre from the age of 10. Josh launched his professional career in high school with commercial spots and print modeling jobs. While attending Northwestern University, he starred on stage and screen in student films including his solo performance in ‘Anonymous’ which was nominated as a finalist for MTV’s ‘Best Film on Campus’ competition. Josh then travelled to England to study at the acclaimed British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England. After graduating from Northwestern, Josh settled in Los Angeles and had his independent feature film debut as addictive gambler Ian Rabin in the mixed martial arts action thriller ‘Chavez: Cage of Glory’ opposite Danny Trejo, Steven Bauer, and the film’s star Hector Echavarria. Now living in New York, Josh has continued to develop his career. He is represented commercially by Innovative Artists and managed by Brewer Talent Management. He has recently booked spots for Schick, Crest, and Chili’s and is also recurring as The Translator in the award winning web series ‘Labeled’. Away from the stage and camera, Josh is an avid animal lover and has become an advocate for dog rescue. He is also involved in fund-raising and awareness efforts with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, honoring the memory of his younger brother Jeremy.
