Bio
Andre LaShun Boyd was born in 1975 in Aurora,IL. Andre was always one to put on a show.Even at an early age. It wasn't until he reached East Aurora High School that he started pursuing an acting career. Under the tutelage of Arlene Hawks, Andre advanced his acting skills from beginning acting class to Honors as a sophomore which, at the time, was pretty much regulated to upperclassmen. He would also grow a deep passion for singing and would go under the name The Almighty Draysta. He then joined up and helped form the Hip Hop group Smokem Records and went on to open shows for groups such as Three 6 Mafia,Twista,and the Grammy winning group Bone Thugs and Harmony to name a few.Andre decided to give up on music and return to acting. He enrolled in John Casablancas Modelling and Talent Agency and graduated as one of the most decorated students there. Since then, Andre has appeared in numerous shows such as Empire, Chicago P.D., and The Exorcist as well as an Ace Hardware Commercial and numerous student films. Andre is definitely one to keep an eye on.
