About David

Spent most of my working life leveraging my engineering education and now expressing creativity in a new direction. I find it interesting that the structure and rules of thumb for screenplays and lyrics are analogous to design principles that engineers use in their work. My work experience is heavy in wireless, networking and enterprise software - technologies becoming more important in filmmaking. In addition, I am a former military officer. Overall, my life experience gives me much to draw from in my writing.

Unique traits:
Have a lifelong interest in learning and have been accused of possessing a warped sense of humor.

On a serious note, I have reengaged with writing, that I set aside to pursue an engineering career. The advantage of my experience is that I am able to perform well in a collaborative, team environment, adjusting to and adapting to feedback in order to move a project forward.
