SYNOPSIS:

Some principle characters. John - a dysfunctional, suicidal antisocialite, likes beer, cigarettes and self-destructive behaviours. Desperately wants to connect with people but struggles. Tammy - Gothic, ethereal, detached. Likes The Cure, likes The Smiths, likes modern/old styled fusion fashion as long as there's a significant amount of black. Charlie - no one knows a whole lot about Charlie, unasuming, gender not particularly obvious, they let friends make jabs at them but know where to draw the line. Other characters are involved and will be introduced in later episodes but these are some of the most principled players. The first episode serves to introduce characters, tone and setting. For a lot of the episode they sit around talking about politics, media, and other things until, while friends are visiting, John attempts suicide. His friends attempt to get him out of the house by trying to get him involved in a business proposal which only goes semi-well.
