A skilled bank robber’s loyalty is put to a test when he gets caught in a dangerous cat and mouse game with a very ambitious FBI agent.

SYNOPSIS:

After his dad was taken away for allegedly snitching, Dwayne Martin is raised by gang leader "sugar coat" Steve O’Connor. The brain behind some of the most successful robberies, Dwayne becomes the target of FBI agent Egan Smith. The two play a dangerous cat and mouse game which moves to the next level when Egan gets closer to Victoria; a teacher with whom Dwayne built a center to help young Cape Verdian gang members from his town. With the help of veteran cop Larkin, Egan finally catches Dwayne, but when a war explodes between the cape verdian, and a rival gang, the police chief personally asks Dwayne for his help, but his only way out of jail is also a very dangerous one since Dwayne is now labeled as a snitch by his own people.
