After graduating De Nieuw Amsterdam with honours, whilst still being in De Mimeschool at the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Cheryl Asruf started working as a film- and television actress and has not stopped ever since.
Her first major role was the lead in a drama by Academy Award Nominee director Paula van der Oest. She named "the woman to be watched" by the great casting director Job Gosschalk on Shownews.
Cheryl is known for dramatic, character driven roles and diversity.
