About Kayla

Kayla is a trailblazer, being the first person with autism to portray a lead character with autism on American cable and prime-time television in her roles on "Everything’s Gonna Be Okay" and "The Good Doctor." She lends her voice to Generation 3 Twyla in Nickelodeon's animated series "Monster High," which has helped her and the character amass a global fanbase. Additionally, she’s attached as a neurotypical lead in an upcoming horror film “Rough Cut” alongside David Howard Thornton aka Art the clown from the "Terrifier” franchise. Moreover, she is set to play a lead character in a murder mystery book series that is in development for a TV adaptation, which is currently being pitched to various networks and streaming platforms. Her calendar is quite full with general meetings throughout the entrainment industry and auditions.
