Kelly Woolfolk

Kelly Woolfolk is an artists’ advocate. She is multilingual (Spanish, French, English) and counsels and represents artists from Cuba to California offering sharp, thoughtful advise in a personable and easygoing manner. She began her legal career at Virgin Records where she worked in legal and learned the nuances of artist contracts, publishing and how record companies derive huge profits from their artists while many artists go broke in the process.

Her expertise is negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts to protect her clients’ interests. Kelly currently serves as Business & Legal Affairs counsel for a successful Los Angeles television production company with several hit shows to its credits. She also represents comedians, musicians, writers and entities to ensure that they achieve the best possible outcome for their desired results.
