About Guilherme

Graduated in audiovisual production and directing for cinema with distinction by Stanislavski Institute, I have been working in the area for more than 10 years developing audiovisual pieces for various sectors. With the short films "Bless those tired eyes," "Eliza," and "Out of Line" won two international awards, 6 official selections and invited to attend four Chicago festivals by the International Children's Media Center. In addition, a finalist in the 9th DOC Futura with the Yvoty Mbarete project, based on the indigenous feminist thesis of the first AVA-Guarani student of a doctorate in political science at UNICAMP, the documentary project contrasts the stigmatized vision and concealment of the natives with pride, resistance and protagonism of women in the indigenous world.
