Since the bloody assassination of The Romanoffs, The Black Diamond has possessed all who come in contact with it. When it comes into the possession of an unwitting owner, the mother of all battles between good and evil on both sides of the grave begins.

SYNOPSIS:

In the middle of the night in July 1918, the Russian Tzar, his family and their retainers are slaughtered by a Bolshevik murder squad. Before their deaths, Empress Alexandra uses the power given to her by Gregory Rasputin through an enormous Black Diamond to curse their killers for eternity! Yakov Yurovsky, head of the Bolshevik murder squad, takes possession of The Black Diamond as it possesses him.

In Harrod’s exclusive London department store, a group of gifted Russian students and their British hosts are attacked by Russian extremists and held hostage. Australian military attaché, Captain Bryce Hunt, happens to be in the next aisle. He comes to the rescue, his Special Forces training allowing the deadly use of umbrellas, pashminas, hairbrushes and soap-on-a-rope against AK47s. His single-handed heroism puts him in the world spotlight and to receive an award from the people of Russia.

Bosis Yurovsky, the latest possessor of The Black Diamond and the major Russian crime tzar, has decided to relocate to warmer climes and avoid the growing heat from anti-crime forces in Moscow. With his ruthless daughter Natasha, he intends to find an unwitting courier to take the ultimate treasure to their new home in Australia. His possession by the spirits in the Diamond, including his ancestor, Yakov Yurovsky.

Young Dann Ryan is a B-list media star and sometimes DJ who gets a gig as a judge on “Russia’s Got Talent.” Coincidentally, accompanying him on the long haul flight to Moscow is none other than Bryce Hunt.

The two new unlikely mates now agree to be each other’s guests at their respective functions. Bryce is now a target of the extremists, and at the taping of Dann’s “Russia’s Got Talent” appearance, he quietly prevents a major disaster. At the after party, Dann is identified by Natasha as the ideal courier to Australia for The Black Diamond.

A beautiful Russian woman who saves Dann from a severe mugging on the Moscow Metro. She is Anna, and proceeds to show Dann the sights of Moscow. In fact, she is Anastasia, a member of secret organization trying to recover The Black Diamond and keep the flame of the Romanoffs alive in Russia.

The Yurovsky’s are also targets of Inspector Davidoff on the Anti-Crime Squad whose suspicions are raised by their undue attention to this Australian.

At Bryce’s award ceremony at the Metropol Hotel, Natasha drugs Dann. When he is rushed to hospital with a suspected burst appendix, she has The Black Diamond put in its place. Dann begins to have strange dreams. He dreams he witnesses a murder of a group including his new acquaintance Anna! A process of possession begins through the Diamond in his abdomen.

Bryce Hunt becomes suspicious, not only of Dann’s illness, but people seem to be trying to kidnap him. He decides Dann could use his protection. When Davidoff and his squad converge on the hospital, Bryce takes Dann on a wild car chase through Moscow Streets. When they are cornered in Red Square, the good and bad spirits in the Black Diamond empower Dann, and the Russian police are thwarted.

At the Moscow Airport, the battle between good and evil spirits over control of Dann continues in the departure hall with astonishing results. When they finally board the plane for Australia, Dann is completely unaware anything is amiss. Boris and Natasha are also on the plane, keeping a watchful eye on their mule.

Coincidentally, Anna is on the flight and she rekindles her friendship with Dann. This brings about near catastrophe when the spirit of Yakov Yurovsky possesses Dann and Empress Alexandra possesses Anna. They carry on their fight, which nearly brings down the jumbo jet!

Changing planes in Hong Kong, Anna confesses she is actually the direct descendent of Princess Anastasia, who did survive the mass murder of her family.

Dann is amazed that she is actually royalty, but continues to act his goofy self. Anna doesn’t get a chance to tell him he is carrying an amazing treasure in his stomach.

When they finally arrive back in Australia, everyone is relieved. Dann promises to show Anna the sights. However, when she tells him about the Black Diamond and it is actually inside him, he suspects her friendship is a sham just to recover the treasure.

A group of bikers hired by Yurovsky try and kidnap Dann in order to remove the stone, but Alexandra possesses him and gives him amazing strength. They cut their losses and kidnap Anna instead.

Dann locates Bryce dining with several Russians and appeals for their help in rescuing Anna. Yurovsky has threatened Dann with Anna’s life for the stone. They meet on a bridge over the river.

The good and evil spirits in The Black Diamond begin to wreck havoc. The spirits of the Romanoffs posses Anna, Bryce and the Russians, while Boris, Natasha and the bikers are possessed by Yakov and the Bolshevik murder squad. The mother of all battles takes place over the river, with people possessed by powerful spirits flying this way and that, zapping and blasting the bad guys.

Both Natasha and Boris meet a fiery end. However, Dann has been stabbed by Natasha. Anna travels with him in the ambulance and recovers the stone.

In Russia, Anna is revealed as Anastasia IV and a groundswell of popular support for the return of a Romanoff to the 300 year-old throne. Bryce and Dann return to Moscow with her.
