I’ve been shooting and editing for over twenty years. I learned on film at the University of Colorado when digital video didn’t exist. I directed and shot my first feature film on 16mm in 2003 because, at the time, video wasn’t an option. Since 2007, I’ve been trying to bring what made film so special to the digital medium.
My first professional job was shooting for Warner Bros. Records recording artist Michelle Branch. Then came a weekly television show. That led to Gatorade and that led to commercials and music videos. I did all of this work based out of Nashville and Denver. Now, I’m in Los Angeles.
I’m also a writer/director and edited everything you’ll see on this site. I know how shots will work in a cut. I know what you’ll need to tell your story. And, if you know that, you can always make your production days without compromising the heart of your project.
