1962. Washed up former Vice President Richard Nixon goes to work for the mob. While his wife Pat tries to revive her acting career in soap operas, Nixon attempts to overthrow a small Central American country with the help of his loyal to the end aide Bob Haldeman, aspiring diplomat Henry Kissinger, his spy obsessed daughter Julie, and a psychotic chimp named GoGo.
